WARRANTY INFORMATION

The equipment corresponding to the electric vehicle chargers, as well as the works carried out for their installation (hereinafter the "Equipment"), are covered by the warranties indicated in this document (hereinafter the "Warranty" or "Warranties"), subject to the exclusions and limitations described below.


COPEC VOLTEX SpA guarantees the proper functioning of the Equipment for the periods indicated below, provided that it was responsible for the construction and installation of said residential charging infrastructure.

In the event of manufacturing defects in the Equipment, the Warranties provide for either: (i) reimbursement to the Customer of the value of the Equipment; (ii) repair thereof; or (iii) replacement of the same. The definition regarding the type of Warranty to be applied in each case shall be at the discretion of COPEC VOLTEX.

The Warranty shall only be effective provided that defects in the Equipment occur under normal conditions of use. Consequently, in the event that the Customer uses the Equipment in a manner other than that indicated in the manufacturer's recommendations, COPEC VOLTEX SpA will not be responsible for any defects therein.

The Warranties will be valid for the following periods:

  • Chargers: 24 months from the date of installation, upon presentation of the installation TE6 certificate.
  • Installation: 12 months from the TE6 certification.

  This Warranty does not cover:

  • Direct or indirect damage or failure caused by, due to, or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, lack of installation or improper installation, use, maintenance, storage, or transport, including, among other things, any of the following situations: Failure to follow the instructions, processes, maintenance, and warnings described in the documentation provided with the charger.
  • External factors including, but not limited to, objects impacting the charger, defective or damaged electrical wiring or connections, external electrical failures, junction boxes, circuit breakers, power outlets, the environment, or force majeure events, including, but not limited to, fires, earthquakes, floods, lightning, and other environmental conditions.
  • General appearance or paint damage, including scratches, chips, dents, and cracks caused by third parties.
  • Any repair, alteration, or modification to the charger or any of its parts, or the installation or use of parts or accessories performed by a person or center not authorized or certified for such purpose.
  • Lack of installation or improper installation, or repair, including the use of non-original accessories or parts.
  • Failure to give timely notice to COPEC VOLTEX after discovering a defect covered by this limited Charging Equipment Warranty. COPEC VOLTEX strongly recommends that you have all maintenance, service, and repair work performed by the company to avoid voiding or excluding coverage under this Charging Equipment Warranty.



IMPORTANT:In the event of removal or tampering with the seals and/or stickers on the charger, panel, junction box, or others, the Equipment will not be covered by the Warranty.
